in the 4th book, there's a scene where goh is trying to comfort hajime, but then Mannen steps in and puts him in a better mood in his own way, and Goh looks on proudly as they start to leave to go find himeno

(Although, in the manga, his name is Go, not Goh...)

i had thought that he didn't make it to the end of the story, but i thought that it was his sentence - i was a lil confused where it didn't happen!)
