This was really good. You have Heero and Trowa's personalities down almost perfect. I only say 'almost' because nobody can be or do anything absolutely perfect. You say 'pointless' but I think there's a very good point to this. What is the value of a human life? Truly a wonderful story. Keep up the good work!

Very Good I have wondered what the families reactions were. I think your message is clear, but you don't bludgeon us over the head with it. I think I'd like to see the way you portray other family members, save that you might end up repeating the same point over and over again, and in fics quite often that makes the message less important.
