That was incredibly well written. I'm very open to (although I don't practice) incest, yoai, yuri, and anything else you probobly want to throw in there, so I enjoyed your story a lot. I like how you touched upon the comfort between Kei-kun and Haruka. It was something I always knew was there, but I never really thought about romantically. Another was that you put in Keitaro's point of veiw too. I liked that. One more good thing, was the way you described Haruka revisiting the fact she'd never have a family. The way you portrayed it really made me feel it. ^_^ You're a wonderful author, and I hope to read some more of your work.

Im sorry, But I really gotta say the obvious here, the peice well written and all but its just so... vile. Seriously, for the love of all that is good in this world, write a different fan fic.

I honestly think this is a beautiful love story that ended sadly, tragically even. I believe that Haruka is Keitaro's cousin, but I'm not even sure the relation is that close. Even Kanako was blood-related to Keitaro, so what's the big deal? You were successful in writing this tastefully and well. Just wished the two lovers would have ended up differently. Excellent!

My 'non-canon pairing' fetish pops up once more.

An absolute beautiful piece of work. Realistic, bittersweet and romantic. I love it. Honestly, I don't really see a problem with incest; love is love and people shouldn't try to label it or classify it. Emotions are too abstract for that.

Aside from that little tidbit, it's a good fic. Way to go. :)

Wow. A very well-written Haruka-Keitaro fanfiction. Very rare.

You know, I agree with everybody that this pairing is downright impossible, but this magnificent writing is too good to pass up.

The special mutual understanding between these characters puts things here in perspective, as this one kind of shows Haruka's gentle side. I have never seen anyone write about Haruka's thoughts like this one, so I initially thought you went out of character there. The ending, however, probably explains everything that you've set-up, especially the plot and the situations that follow in Keitaro's life.

Again, a rare find about impossible character pairings. Keep it up!

Arrggh! What does it say about me that I found the eventual Keitaro-Naru ending more disgusting than the Keitaro-Haruka affair? Hurry up and write more 'Once in a Blue Moon' so I can have something to read and thoroughly enjoy that doesn't raise such disquieting questions! Seriously, though, this was a very well-written story. Engaging, enjoyable (in that 'remember that the guy getting it on with his aunt is just an anime character' sort of way), and thought-provoking. Particularly liked Haruka's mix of wistfulness and pragmatism.

My only real quibble is a personal one that has nothing to do with the absolute quality of the story. But my eternal anti-Keitaro-Naru bias would have vastly preferred to see the Haruka thing mature Keitaro and build his self-confidence to the point where he puts Naru completely behind him and falls for someone else (Mutsumi being the person that I think would work best within such a framework), rather than just allowing him to work it out with Narusegawa-san.

Putting aside wistful thoughts of what might have been, I'll close by saying well done, good job, thanks for sharing, and get back to work on 'Once in a Blue Moon'. ;)

Well it was a very interesting story. I guess you have to have an opened mind to these kinds of things. In a way I could see those two becoming a couple but Im just not sure how though, ya'know with the family relations and all. Anyay nice story.

Great Story, i'd perosonally always been a fan of the Haruka/Keitaro Possibility but i've seen extremely few stories written of this couple. probably becuase "incest is bad" in the real world i view at as such but in the anime world its totally cool and most or part of the reason why i read Angel Sanctuary and Lament of the Lamb.

Anywho I doubt i'll see many Haruka/Keitaro Fics on the net so if you get around to writing another one i'd love to read it.

I think that this is the first , and a mean Firs Keitaro/Haruka fic I have seen.

An interestingly one-sided view, You gloss over the "family" angle a little, but that's understandable in a short like this.

all in all short, sweet and ripe for an amusing sequel called "Flying High: Keitaro's admission to Naru"

I have yet to see a Tsuruko/Keitaro (believable or otherwise) and would very much like to :)

Wow, that was pretty damn good, though I don't really agree with the bitter-sweet ending, it gives the story a more...I don't know...a certain feeling of believability that just makes it an emotional thing to read. And about the whole incest thing, it's not my preference but the way I see it is if you really love a person enough you shouldn't let things like that get in the way as long as you don't try and have a kid together 'cause then you could be gambling with the health of your kid so just adopt. Anyways this was just an awesome fic, I really enjoyed reading it, keep up the awesome work. Peace w/ chicken grease!

Whoa! First that story Family Affairs, now this. I love it; it's so iconoclastic.
