I know this story is old, but I still wanted to say something. This was a wonderful read. It is one I surely will come back and reread a few times because it is just that good. It is truly well written. Thank you for writing.

Ooh, just now looking at publish date, I can tell it's old... but. It's very good. They're kept in character, and those last few paragraphs- Bakura seeing his family again - were very moving.

I am so glad that this was wrote! Bakura deserved a better ending than what he got, and this is so amazing! Loved it!

Great story! The way you described how Bakura was feeling was so good, I could feel it myself. (does that sentence make sense? it's late where I am.) Anyway, good job.

Oh. My. Ra. Though I've never read the manga, I could still just as easily picture this happening at the end of the anime as well. This was...the perfect ending, in a way. And I really could see Atemu doing this. I've always believed that Bakura is redeemable, just remove Zorc's influence from him, help him get over his need for vengeance, and he wouldn't be so bad...I especially like the ending, where he says, "We have the rest of our eternal afterlives to make up for it." XD

Could you perhaps write another one...maybe where they all get together and...I dunno, have fun? Please?

Moving, I love this. I really do. I don't usally read oneshots either. I love the ending it makes me so warm and fuzzy inside. And for once, I don't mind. I like this ending better. Much better than the manga. Great job!

That was so good, I started crying! I especially loved the part where you had Atemu's scales tilting back and forth. It's so nice to see people acknowledging all the bad things he's done, along with the good. I like to think it was only his decision to save Bakura that made them even out. After all, a pharoah has a duty to protect his people, even from himself and his followers. Both Atemu and his father failed to do that, and it's about time they fixed that!
