Damn, dude. This was more depressing than I thought it would be. I wasn't happy with Toei's Yamara decision, either. Just seemed so...odd, I'd always thought Sora was closer to Taichi... and I watched the US version of Digimon, no less. Yamato was always the loner of the group, never really getting close to anyone. I could see him growing up to be a depressed rocker wailing about his pain while girls throw panties in an attempt to "comfort" him. Which DEFINITELY wouldn't be happening if he was married to Sora, but anyway. ...which is another thing I don't get. How can he be a rocker in 02 and still grow up to be an astronaut like at the end of 01? I'd always thought the two series were meant to follow each other, especially with everyone being a few years older (most noticeably Takeru & Hikari, who were frighteningly thin the first time I watched, but now I'm used to it...)

Oh. But this isn't really a review so much as it is rambling. Anyway, good angsty relationshippy stuff as usual from you.

hehe, I agree (about the "sorato sux/taira forever!" thing). This was rather...appealing . Meaning, the 3 chapters were good. Well, it seemed so...realistic... I think they did get married, but then divorced, though, I'm not so sure. Taichi surely can't get over Sora getting married to Yamato. Heck, Sora and Taichi were basically meant to be! But...as the saying goes "one will not live the life that was meant to be" (or at least, my saying ;; ). I hope this is an acceptable review (j/k) *rukimakino, the bored writer

*sniffles* That's EXACTLY how I felt when I saw those episodes that showed Yamato and Sora dating, and especially when I saw the eplioge. Those couples were all screwed up and outraged not only me but many other fans! You expressed your dislike very elegantly in this fic. I really do think that's what the marriage'd be like (although, myself, ignore the epiloge since it broke up couples I liked). Oh, and I loved the ending lines. Very fitting.

Oh and 'Taira forever!' ;P *flees before she gets bricked!*

You have my support in this coupling business. I truly believe Sorato was a waste of a good relationship. Anyway. It is a very good fic and I hope you continue it.

That is most likely one of the best fics I've read that dealt with broken relationships. In others, the one with a broken heart would always find love in a new source, and that would be the conclusion to his/her heart-broken feelings. But this one is left without a conclusion, without any of the three people involved getting real happiness (I'm surprised you were able to do that). Very well written, good job.

It's a shame, Yamara is as far as most can tell, is true. *sigh* Well, anyway, this is a very nicely done fic, too bad it's so short.

I sincerely, honestly, hope that Matt and Sora DONT end up being a couple. Tai and Sora belong together! Well enough of my opinion about the relationships, on with the fic commentary: Very nicely done. Thats how things would probably turn out if Sora and Matt did get married, which I hope to god they DONT.

Wow. This was so good, even if incredably short. You, Lord Archive, are one of the most beautifuly inspired writers I have ever came across, one that takes the characters and their characterization to make them something more, but still the same. I love all your fics, and I hope for your sake that you keep on writing.
