Very good getting into the dark mind of Robin. The last line wrenched at me, both because Robin had been told he'd do that, and then actually doing it. Good work.

I haven't ever found a single Robin/Slade pairing. and believe me, I've looked. well, no, that's a lie, I've found a few Robin/Slade, but most of them were crap. this was pure buety, and excellently written. you have excellent taste in pairs, Robin/Slade, Draco/Harry Lupin/AnyMaleWithAPulse, and that, doubled with a talent for writing puts you on my favorite authors list. Kudos!

I loved it! Just the way it all seems so real, how everyone gets worried about Robin but they all express it in the wrong way, by getting angry at him or leaving him. And Slade's just there through the whole thing, just waiting for the moment when the birdy falls so he can scoop him up and...

WOW, just WOW. Although I'm not a slash fan, I'm a total Apprentice Junkie. I LOVED those two eps so much i got them on tape, and this prequel fic guarantees something along those lines in your stories! Very well done with capturing the emotions of all the Titans, especially Robin, who no one seems to understand. His simple frustration with each member and with Slade, his obsession, is very well put and displayed, along with his emotions towards all the Titans.

I've gotta read the next ones now! You've got me hooked!
