I think your story is very nicely written, and I like the plot very much.
I have only a few minor points: You tend to use the names of the people quite often (in the first paragraphs for example).
And I think you should have a look at your formatting, it would be helpful to separate the ANs from the rest of the text and to show speach with "speach" instead of nothing.

This was really good. No, you're not the only one who noticed that tension thing - I've spent a while trying to convince my friends of it, since they didn't watch the episode. But I love the show and I think that Lilly and Scott make an adorable couple. Too bad it's a crime show and the good ones don't usually allow relationships.

I have to say that I really, really love your fic. It's sweet and thanks to your great grasp of the characters a sheer pleasure to read. The conversation sounds absolut natural. With this fic you made me believe that there could really be a Lilly/Scotty pairing. The thought never crossed my mind before.

My favourite scene of this fic was when Lilly threw the snowball after Scotty. I hope there will be more CC fics by you!
