WOW that was intense and a tad bit gory. I really enjoyed reading it. Lots of great whump for both John & Rodney. You had me teary eyed a couple times which won't be such a bad thing except I am sneaking into read this at work. I started it on my lunch and just couldn't wait until I got home to finish it.

maybe u did this by accident because you switched the story to Atlantis from SG-1, but y did u make Rodney and Shepard gay. I don't have anything against gay people its just that Shepard is the most straight person ive ever seen, and Rodney is simply hopeless, not gay

The plot was excellent, with a good dose of tension. The whole sword thing was well thought out and you wrote it in a way that sounded very plausible.

I also liked the way that you got Sheppard and McKay together; it wasn't rushed, but was a nice progression just nudged along by the dire circumstances.
