I don't think that excuses Neville... he could have just reported it to the Aurors or even just told Harry or Dumbledore and it would have been cleared up, he didn't have to abandon Harry like that. He has a lot of grovelling to do. xD

I was just wondering, why didn't Harry marry someone else? Surely they'd be no shortage of men/women wanting to marry the Boy Who Lived? And I know Harry wouldn't want to but wouldn't he do whatever he could in order to support his daughter?

I'd have thought archaic rules like that would be overturned along with the growing influence of Muggle society through Muggleborns and half-bloods... surely they wouldn't stand for having children taken away from sngle parents. What about widows and widowers? Would they have their children taken away too, if being a single parent is such a crime? Because obviously it doesn't just aply to little children, if they're still attacking Harry about his eleven year old daughter. If that's the case why would Neville's grandmother be allowed to be his guardian? Why would they let an old woman have custody of a child but not a young, rich man fully able to care for a kid? What sort of families would they be adopted into, if wedlock and single parenting isn't allowed? Obviously it would have to be a married couple, but the divorce rate is one in three... few families remain that stable for a child's entire lifetime.

Well, I suppose it's fan fiction, it doesn't have to be realistic - and your writing is fantastic anyway, the plot's really good even if it isn't totally plausible... and after all wizards ARE very old fashioned in many respects, and maybe Harry's just a special case because so many people are after him that they're looking for any excuse.

i really love this story, so please dont give up on it, i want harry to get cured an live happily ever after *sniff* u can do what u like though jus please update!

i really liked that story... please write more... i think that they should find a cure for harry and nevilles and him should get back together... and harry should get his wand back

I believe that Neville and Harry SHOULD NOT get back together! And have Lizzy not accept Neville for some time as his father! AND have Steve need Harry again, but make him hurt Harry while Lizzy is using Harry's invisibility cloak and have her frozen like what Domledore did with Harry in book 6 when Snape killed him. That would set back Harry's relationship with his daughter back a lot. If you want you can have Neville save the day. But that would lesson the pain with Harry and his daughter, BUT that would cause Neville to feel MORE guilty. So the pain works both ways.

Here is the summery of the scene: Harry walks back to his flat with his daughter under his invisibility cloak. Harry here either unlocks the door with his wandless magic, or he finds it unlocked, and tell his daughter to stay behind him and to stay quiet. After he enters the room with his daughter close behind, just then, Harry gets hit onside the head with a frying pan by nonother then, Steve. Harry points to the door's general area and casts silencing and imobalizing charms on his daughter. After Harry gets raped, beat up, stabbed, chocked half to death, he falls unconcious on the bed. He's magical hold on Lizzy weakens, but she still doesn't move because Steve is still there, 5 minutes later he leaves, but she still doesn't move untill she is sure that Steve is gone listening to his footsteps. After she's sure that he's gone she runs over to Harry's naked unmoving body, crying, but she realizes that she's a big girl now, and a witch, giving hereself courage. What you do here is up to you. You can have here use magic and alert the Ministry, or you can have her go get help at the Burrow and have the family look in awe at Harry's molested, mangled body.

All up to you, oh and how you would make this happen is for Harry invite Lizzy to say goodbye to her past home that she will never see again. And I think Steve is the name of the 'rough' costomer that beat up Harry.

ive really got into this story and cant get it ot my head, i really want to know what will happen, what with so many questions with no answers to them, are you ever going to finish this, please say you are, if not, then could you email me with the plan of what you think or knew wold heppen, i keep going over scenerios in my head, and getting really annoyed, seeing as i keep thinking of it at work, boss isnt pleased with all my daydreaming!!
