I love your story. I may sound corny, but it was beautiful, meaningful. Even if it was just a story based on a video game, the meaning sort of hit me at where i am in life. I can tell you put a lot into it. I think it is very special. Thank you.

This has the potential to be a good Squinoa.. the only problem is, you tend not to finish your fics! Why not continue? You had an interesting plot going on and the relationship was developing slowly.. update already!

The fact that you left a part of how Squall came to be on Balamb adds a lot to the mystery thats awsome. And I like the fact that you gave Rinoa the feeling of comfort and safety when she's in Squall's arms, it shows that the two are starting to become closer.

Now, I can't remeber if you already mentioned it, and if you did than I apologoize profusely, but for what reason does he not judt get a map and try to walk he way to freedom or something? Why does he willingly stay in a place that makes him feel trapped? He's healed by now, that's not the probem. No matter what Caraway says, couldn't he easily just shug it off with a 'screw you' and leave the town?
Well, just something to think about. Hopefully those questions will be answered (and if they already were, or if there is already an explination than forgive me) as the story progresses.

Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa! Seifer CANNOT be stronger then my boy Squall. I mean it's an unspoken LAW. Seifer is the loser. Anyways, EXCELLENT story. It is kinda confusing as times but I have to comend you for a job well done! Anticipating the next chapter.

The imagery is awsome, and I like the fact that you have given stronge feels of being alone when she around others but around Squall Rinoa feels security. Keep it coming, can't wait.

More Squinoa Action! update, please! this is a cute story.

This is a really great story. I read that first chapter and something in it just intriged me. I need to know who the child was. Most likely Rinoa because her father is the mayor and all lol. I have a strange suspicion that it may be Squall and that the mayor smuggled him away from the village when he was a baby. I guess we will figure that out in time. I really like Squall's character.
BTW This story is a lot like the movie. The Last Samurai. Did you have that movie in your mind when you were writing this? Just seems alike with the whole town no liking him and Rinoa taking care of him. THen the fight with him losing to Seifer, just like in the movie. If you were intending it to be like the movie then thats cool because that movie rocked and so does this story. Can not wait for more.
