This story is a masterpiece on the art of deception. At least, you deceived me. I really thought the wolves were the evil force here... I didn't know just how creepy butterflies, birds, flowers and rabbits can be... *shudder*
I definitely didn't like this single innocent butterfly at the end of the story, it reminded me too much of the end of the Gremlin movie... who and what has survived this time, and what will come of it, I wonder?!
I really liked this beautiful picture of Legolas with the rabbit, though it didn't turn out to be so innocent and beautiful after all. Lomelinde reminded me of Tom Bombadil or perhaps even more his wife, at least in the beginning. Perhaps the black sheep of the family?! :-)

Wow! Now that is something we don't read everyday! Very creative! I like the idea that the wolves were actually good. :) But what happened to Elrohir? Where was he taken to?? Need...to...know... LOL!

Quicker than me again!So glad that our favorite Elves didn't end up as 'grow bags'.Being strange I kept thinking of ads.for along the line of 'New super strength Elvin Grow',for all your garden's needs!The fruit might have looked good ,but what a waste of some of the most marvelous beings in Middle Earth.The concept of a primal evil,engaged in the neverending struggle with the forces of light outside the normal bound of time/space was most intiguing.Although long stories are wonderful,its been nice to have this one so quickly,and the quality as usual has been excellent.Lookforward to your next outing to the 'Dark Side',from the safety of my home ,bear in hand and lights on!

I just finished reading this story and may I say that I liked it a lot? I know that you must hear this several times but I loved it. It feels very fantasy-like and actually very in-character and in-lord style. I kept on thinking about that one scene with Frodo and Galadriel in The Return Of The King, during the scenes with Shelob. Okay, that must sound weird. Anyhow, I liked it! Good work, keep it up.
