Interesting take on Alucard, I always thought that he had the situation going for him... As much opportunity to shed mayhem as if he'd been free (if not more), enough blood (with the occasional live traitor or reporter thrown in to sweeten the deal), Integra to annoy, humans to annoy/work with (probably a more intriguing unboring situation then if they'd simply be working for him out of fear)...

It's hard to have anything to critique. I liked the conciseness of your writing style and the originality of the story line. Probably a bit of softness in Alucard's characterization, but I'm not such a canon fanatic that it detracted from my enjoyment of the story.

Very well written...my faith is restored to people who can actually write good Hellsing fanfiction.

Wow, very good! I read it all in one sitting. There are many grammer mistakes, but that's only to be expected when you don't have an editor. :)

It was a good tale. The characterizations were mixed which explains why Alucard actually cared for Seras (which he holds only disdain in the manga). I liked the conspiracy and what the price of 'freedom' was. My only peeve was the few amount of time Pip spent together with Seras, but since you haven't read the manga beyond vol. 3, I won't spoil what happens between those two ;)

Keep writing! And next time I demand more Pip!

I rather liked that. The AxIxS triangle is difficult to write plausibly, but you've done quite a good job of it. I especially liked the minor OC characters, like Waltham, who I thought was particularly nicely done, and 'Pudgy', who amused me. I'll look forward to more from you.
