Half of your story space is wastad by answers to your reviewers. Answer privately or not at all. OC-s are not quite needed either, actually I do not like them (at least yours). They have no personality, they seem to be there to annoy the reader at most. Thank you and I hope this does not hurt you too much. It is just constructive criticism afrer all.

I'm terribly sorry, but I made it to the first line of dialogue before I quit. The occasional error I could overlook. The lack of proper formatting I thought, at first, might have been a simple mistake. Alas, I was wrong.

You should use before and after the i, b, or u so that the formatting actually shows up, rather than leaving random letters in front of the dialogue your author's note.
