I can finally review this! I read this story long before I got an account and loved it. You have an orignal and interesting take on some of my favorite Sonic characters. Please update this story when convenient! I'm dying to find out what happens next!

I've read all 15 chapies. MAKE ANOTHER! NOW! You so rock! Espio, in love with Rouge? Me likey! You added facts too. Lizards do lose they're tails. Imagining Esp losin' his makes me laugh. They remind me of a family... sort of. Vector's the dad, Charmy's the hyper-active six-year-old kid and Espio's the slightly-emo, pessimistic roomate/big brother that has a horn. I wanna know what happens to Avery! I love that name for her. Did I tell you this is the first story I read on netraptor/fanfiction? I love you. Sorry. I ment you're stories. I love them. I love Espio. Yes.

what a way to finish off! all these cliffhangers and the last update has been over a year ago...

but after all, some stories take over fifty years to find their ending, right? ;)

hm, so this actually is a sort of continuation of your other fic. Shadow in his current state is kind of sad, though. Didn´t the other story end with him getting the personality and past of a bounty hunter, friend and partner of rouge? he now reminds me a little bit of mekion in netraptor´s fanfics...
well, let´s see whether we might get some insight in his character later? final chapter, here I come! :)

...shadow and omega? so, could this actually be team dark? I *had* been thinking of rouge when i read your summary and could never really get over the idea of her being the 'uncatchable master thief' - the obsession with jewels, the eye-colour, her working for GUN and her entire personality just seemed too big a coincidence. the only thing not fitting quite in was the whole mouse issue...but in a world where scales live next to feathers, I thought plastic surgery might stretch that little bit further, too...^^

just a few of my wild theories your fic led me to entertain. another very interesting chapter, you give Charmy wonderful character depth with both avery (is that really a girls´ name?!) and the loss of his parents as intriguing conflicts. wonderful work.

I think them being forced on stage unprepared was the best scene including the Chaotix I ever read.

Espio scares me, though - seems to be *really* cold-hearted in your fic, huh?^^ well, let´s see whether he´ll have a change of heart after all or not...

the bits of their background story you drop here and there are embedded in th story very nicely - it´s fun piecing such a puzzle together, even though I´ve never played Knuckles Chaotix. :)

One last thing I was wondering about: Stuart´s appearance - he´s based of that teacher guy in Sonic X, right? I *love* such little references.

say, what does "(to) mace sb" mean? most of the time i can figure out these colloquialisms but now I´m confused...@.@

also, the floating island being only a _Legend_?! what kind of reality are you creating here?!

and I have to admit i´m curious how long it´ll take for the enforcer to figure out that his precious ID card has been stolen...and in what kind of trouble espy will be then^^.

vector´s call to find ellie was priceless...and having those two chao in there as a simile to the little runt was very creative. :)

although I have to say the news of shadow´s death in that spooner thing would have severely shaken me...had I not seen the title of chapter 15.^^

as a role-player myself, I have to say that this cid character was priceless. XD

the reference about humans not wearing gloves and that creeping animals out was one of the cutest things I ever read. It´s such details that make a story great.

when you mentioned red eyes and sceletal claws I had to think of metal sonic, though...now I´m curious indeed. :)

certainly a cool start - the only thing grating on my nerves is Charmy, but if you want to have espio (yay!) I guess the bee´s part of the package. :)

too early to say anything about the fic in general, really, but I am looking forward to reading the next chapters as soon as work´ll let me.^^

Wow, how long has it been since this chapter was posted? Sorry about not reviewing sooner!
The fight between Vector and Shadow was pretty intense; I still pity the latter, however. Fang's appearance sure surprised me, and the chapter ended in a good cliffhanger (argh!). And last but not least, we learn the most likely fate of Charmy's parents; the last sentence hints, to me, that a confrontation with "the Doctor" is in order for (at least) Charmy. Hee hee...look out, Eggman! Especially if you're allergic to bee stings!
