It’s long ago since i last read this fic and now I just read this chapter and I loved it. I almost enjoyed the ron-part more than the ginny part. probably because she’s happy with draco and there’s not much to tell right now and with ron it’s just getting exciting now. (or I just need some slash) I’m really curious about the next chapters.

Hey! Great story so far! i have read all of preflight so far, then started on this! It has really saved me from all that boring school work! Plz dont tell me this is the end! that is way to much of a cliff for me - nothing is tied up nicely at all! i cant wait for more! its amazing, both of them! and I am going to start on your new one soon - the harry and draco one - but i cant remember the name off the top of my head, dont worry, its saved in my favs:)

oh, and a side note - hope everything in your life right now is going good, i feel for you, really!

...blaise is just a great character. you wrote him well, in my opinion =)

so many parts i loved in this chapter!

i don't even gonna quote you on them all, because... too much!

but this for example:

- "I do have a fairly decent stock of Veritaserum, Mr. Zabini. Are you going to tell us whatever it is that you are hiding, or shall I go fetch it?"
...this whole scene with snape and blaise's reaction, ... great.

and the whole gryffindor-slytherin things in the hospital wing was brilliant.

also the whole scene with ron-the most likely to make it through alive- being with blaise and holding him and pansy's comments... loved that chapter. =)

After re-reading this and it's 'prequel' PreFlight, I am once again all excited awaiting the continuation of this rather epic tale :P You're a wonderful author, who has created/embellished many wonderful characters.

and I found the pansy/blaise/ron situation in one of the last chapters very amusing – like the ‘can we keep him, please?!’ ;-)

- ‘Blaise was the only one he was still talking to... and that was simply because Blaise seemed completely incapable of taking a hint.’

…ah, yes, we need people like blaise. =)

- Blaise chuckled, "Now Weasley... obviously we have a misunderstanding here... you see... I can't STOP if I haven't yet STARTED... you have to wait until I have something to stop..."

…I never thought I’d read anything slashy with ron and like it, but… this was brilliant. =D

plus, another first time: I’ve never commented on a title, but i really like the one you chose.

- Blaise held up his hand. "No. She made me swear not to tell anyone... she was afraid her twin sister in Ravenclaw would find out."

I've read your stories numerous times, and I've enjoyed them quite a bit. But, in this chapter (not that it's a big deal) I noticed a discrepancy between Flight of the Thestrals and Preflight.
The discrepancy being that in Preflight Snape's mother looks oriental with black hair. And in this story she's been described as blonde.

OMG DO NOT CUT OUT DRACO/DARIEN!
What kind of a nutter said to do that yeesh! Darien is awesome ^^

OK, see, this is why I don't usually review as I read. Inevitably, the very thing I've complained about will be resolved within a few chapters, leaving me feeling absolutely silly.

So, I think I shall keep my opinions to myself until the end. At least, I will try.

OK, so I might have spoken too soon. So Hermione and Snape agreed that they couldn't go on, and she moved on to Harry. I know she had a thing for him at the beginning of Preflight, but I actually didn't remember it until I read this chapter and the pieces fell into place.

I suppose her lost relationship with Snape could explain her out of character behaviour. It's too bad she's lost her soul now, isn't it? I'm guessing that was the terrible pain the demon promised Snape, am I right?

I can't say I like this new twist, but that's because I really liked Hermione and Snape together.
