i love the fact that a week ago i had no idea who yuffie and tifa were, or who you were, and now i find you've written a fic with them!

This seemed kinda ooc for Tifa. I don't think shed become bitter after Aeris died. Shes too strong for that. Same for Yuffie.

I like the change in Yuffie. Not that "GAWD!" hyperactive person. Not that I don't like her like that, but...eh...never mind. This is a great story. Really original.

Thats was pretty... Very pretty indeed. You've managed to capture true catharsis in a oneshot, a major accomplishment for any writer, and therefor I aplaude your skills.

I've seen a LOT of TifaAeris, and a couple of TifaYuffie, but this has to be one of the best-written ones I've had the honor to read. If you want to continue, it can be interpreted that Yuffie and Tifa both loved Aeris as a friend, or maybe the overdone (but still believable) "rebound effect" can kick in. That's just a thought. Do whatever you want.

It really touched me.

I really like the dialogue here, and how you successfully said things without saying them. You know. The 'show, don't tell' thing. It was really nice. And you effectively painted out Tifa's feelings and while I doubt Yuffie would wear all black, no matter how sad she gets, she still seemed largely in character, only changed after all that had happened. Anyone would have changed after Meteor and Sephiroth, and I don't think Yuffie is an exception.

Marlene is living with Tifa...so it's safe to assume Barret is living with her too, right?

Hmm...at the risk of sounding stupid, are you going to continue this? I would really like it if you would. This has alot of potential, and you seem to capture everything just in a way that it's all believable and not complete randomness and unrealistic stupidity, stretching facts and making characters completely sporadic and OOC.
