That fact that the whole thing was mostly thoughts and feelings was amazinf, i've tried to write fics like this myself but i've always managed to lose track after a while. Great work.

I've always wondered how they cope with the situations that they encounter,how it affects them and how they handle it in their personal lives. The insight demostrated in this story is compelling. I would like to see this story as an episode. I hope someone in charge is reading. Bravo Carolina.

I thought it was very realistic to consider the fact that she might have an addictive personality seeing as how addiction, and especially alcoholism, can be caused by a genetic factor, not just a learned behavior. I look forward to reading more of your takes on E/C.

I don't think I ever really considered Eric/Calleigh but you've done an awesome job at not only catching the friendship angle but also the very possible romantic feelings flowing underneath. You're description is flawless, metaphors totally awe inspiring. After reading the first couple of paragraphs I had goosebumps the words were so right and fit so well with what you were writing. My only critique? IT ENDS THERE?!?!?!?!
Caderyn 2004-09-29 ch 1,	abuseOMG, you have no idea how awesome this is! I love it first of all because it's a Calleigh/Eric story. It's so very rare - I can't tell you the many times I go to this site and feel disappointed to see all the Horatio/Calleigh or Speed/Calleigh fics that are here. I seriously don't get why Calleigh/Eric fics are so rare! Your fic makes my search worth it though. It is such a remarkable insight on Calleigh. The analogy btw the cigarettes and Eric is kinda neat - something she's never had, wants, but never allows herself to get. I'd really like to see this continue - perhaps from Eric's pov? Or maybe a happier C/E fic? Well done. Putting you on my fave list.
