That was great! Fantastic. The BEST Methos story I've ever read. I loved that you let Snape survive. No doubt due to Methos's tutuelige. Are you going to write a sequel? Or maybe just a one shot where Mac finally meets Methos's mysterious student, thinking he is an Immortal? That as great, the best story I've read in ages. Great work. Loved the Latin. Thanks:)

What are the students, used to snarky, evil teacher Snape, thinking when they see some random stranger, I'm guessing Adam would wear muggle clothes, although it's just as well you didn't clutter it with description, wandering in to the classroom and being greeted civily by Severus? Taste testing a potion and telling the master it needs more ashwinder eggs and cinnamon is a delicious scene. :) I love how those two ingedients mix wizard potions, which are often quite poisonous, and normal cooking, in which tasting would be appropriate. I doubt anyone other than Methos could get away with testing a potion that way. Lovely story! I'd never really heard of Highlander before, but your stories about Methos are quite fun.

I truly enjoyed this story. It's good to see Severus have a mentor even if the said mentor was unusual. i hope you do keep writing

Wow. This was amazing. There are actually very few stories where I enjoy all of the individual components of storytelling, and this is one of them. He had good, believable characters, a good, reasonable plot, and wonderful word choice, style and flow. But even more than all of that, it made me think. There is an awful lot of insight into human nature in this story, which I find totally fascinating. Put forth a lot of interesting ideas. All in all it was an enjoyable read, and I thank you for it.

P.S. You should try writing original stories, if you haven't already.

I just discovered this story today and I LOVE it! How could I not when it centers on Methos and Severus two of my favorite characters in any fandom ever? The characterizations were spot on.
You mentioned that you might write a sequel, I look forward to the possibility.
Maybe Remus could meet with his 'alpha' again, though I'm not sure 'Adam' would be very pleased with anyone wanting him to be responsible for them, but maybe he could 'mentor' Remus. Though it would probably be in a very different way than Severus.

Wow, I love the story. Reminds me somewhat of the story called "Slytherins" by RaMeryt. If you haven't read it, you should. Its great HP/Highlander story. Sadly it been a very long time since its updated.

ahaha, you mus be getting sick of me spamming your stories with coments, but I just have to comment on how much I love them. I love that Severus is not pure evil, and that Methos taught him how to survive at what he chose to do.

I loved it :) It was pure pleasure reading this story. You have made us understand and like both Methos and Severus in all their nasty traitorous two-faced glory. What truly made this story unique was the understanding that one cannot trust in a man who is the epitome of betrayal, but it is still possible to delight in his assistance, and trust in his nature. I commend you for not having Methos' past and nature bandied around. And you have given us a happy ending! Bless you.
