I LOVE your story! I already read it on Heliopolis some time ago and when I now re-discovered it here, I simply had to review.
"What will it take" is so well-written. All people are perfectly in-character and the plot is really an interesting one. The time I spent with reading this rather long story has definitely been worth it. Thank you so much for this wonderful piece! :D

Just wanted to let you know that this is one of the best Fanfiction/novels I have ever read. I really enjoyed it, there was a lot of adventure, angst and suspense. You remained true to every character and I commend on your ability to stick with it and Complete 75 chapters:) I will definitely be reading your other work and those which you have recommended.

Also as a transcripter for SG-1 transcripts (mostly season 9 and 10 and episodes of Atlantis) I wanted to express how happy I am that they have helped you in your work of art:D:P

Just finished re-reading this. Thanks for such a terrific story. I really appreciate the depth and detail. I think you really capture the characters' voices. This is absolutely the very best example of new science fiction elements in the Star Gate universe. Thanks also for the nod to one of my pet peeves. . . Retiring from the military takes a lot of time and paper. You can't just leave an email on someone's computer.

I love this story and I am almost done. It has been a great ride. I have read a lot of crap in Fanfiction but yours is a beautiful jewel shinning out of the mud. I felt like it really was Jack and Sam, not you could insert any couple in TV and this story would read the same.

I loved how you moved the relationship forward but not too forward. I agree four months would not have been enough for them to throw everything way that they had known for so long. I could not see that happening until they had exhausted every avenue for them to return home.

I also agree with you statement about Jacob. I think he really likes Jack and wants them to be together but how it happened here. I could see him being a little mad.

I will read you other stuff so watch for my comments.

Sam and Jack forever!

I really enjoyed this story, about Sam and Jack getting to really know and trust each other as friends while stuck on the tree planet (especially that part about the Gulf War and Raptor 2/Grounder 1 and how Sam kept it a secret for all those years; how Sam discovered Jack's Lake and "presented" it to him as a surprise; how they each healed each other's injuries; how they finally connected to earth in such an unexpected way and then found that their 4 lives were so bound together (presumably through eternity in one way or another). And I'm so glad you've used Jennifer Hailey in this story. I always wished the series would have used her a few times more than they did. Your creativity with the wormhole and the rest of the story is quite amazing.

That was an absolutely amazing story! Beautifully written and I just LOVED the Sam/Jack backstory about Raptor 2/Grounder 1 - that was fantastic. Thank you so much for all your hard work with the story - it was a truly wonderful read - I enjoyed every minute. :)
