Teobi 9/23/10 . chapter 1
ROTFLMAO!Yes, i know I'm late, very late. But this was still a very enjoyable read, whoever you are :-)

Damnit that's funny. Sorry, I cacked myself.

You really should keep going, get them talking about the SlashIncest fics, and the countless times that they've fallen in love of died.

Man that's funny.

Too Funny for words...magnifying glass and a tweezer...:-)) - Scott really shouldn't be complaining. If he had been left on the toilet, he probably wouldn't be able to feel the lower half of his body by now...both legs and his ass would be numb by now...

OMG... My sides hurt so much from laughing. I actually had to leave the room at one point so I could breathe again. This is by far the most creative approach to asking for an update. Loved it. Bravo! :)

Dang! This was brilliant! I've been after Sam to finish that story for months, but I sure was never able to say it so well! I loved it!
Fran Lavery 9/27/04 . chapter 1
*Fran misses the point in spectacular fashion*

...?

OH! I get it! :D

It's *even more* hilarious now that I realise just which story it's parodying. I'm laughing out loud here! Let this be a lesson to you, Miss Winchester!
Samantha Winchester 9/27/04 . chapter 1
OMG. If I wasn't laughing so hard I'd feel even more guilty than I already do... Those poor guys. I guess we always monumentally inconvenience the ones we love, huh...

I promise, I didn't abandon them. I have two more scenes to finish of Chapter 16. So what I need now is for all of you to clap your hands and say, "I believe in Secrets and Lies. I believe in Secrets and Lies!"

I can't hear you... :-)

At first, I thought you were talking about the number of unfinished TB stories here on So I went back and counted until I got to a point where the stories had been updated within the past month. I was surprised to see a high percentage of stories were complete! Around 20 were updated more a year ago, another 20 in the past year, 8 within the past six months, 20 have been dormant for 3 months and the rest have been updated in the past month. The vast majority are complete.

Then I looked again and realized that you were talking about one story in particular. I went back and skimmed down to the end of the last chapter posted, and sure enough, there it was.

Virgil's got it right. Give up hope. I very much doubt that particular author will finish the story here. She's got her own venue now, and if the story will be completed, it will be found there. As a matter of fact, there's another author who's been teasing us with a chapter of a story and telling us to go find the rest on this particular website, a bait-and-switch tactic that annoys me greatly. And several authors have pulled popular fics from here to put up exclusively at this other site. I'm sure you can find it if you care to look.

My own take on it is: finish what you started, especially if you know that the story is well-written and popular. Don't leave the reader hanging out there to dry.

I am climbing off my soapbox now.

Hehehe :) Nice one! I dread to think how I've left the poor fellas in all my unfinished fics. They do suffer so at our hands, don't they ;)
