AND one of the few out there with hardly any conventions/grammar problems... You portrayed the characters with amazing accuracy and everything. Loved it! Keep writing!

Hey, um Im not sure if you're stil reading the reviews since it's been a while since you logged on last I can see, but I just wanted to say, WOW! This fanfiction is amazing. XD The plot is great, it has all the factors I like in a Rurouni Kenshin Fanfiction... after all it is getting really hard to find good ones recently. I love your writing style too, there were practically no mistakes and those that were there were minor. XD I hope you write more in the future, I've read your other fics ttoo, and they are quite good as well. :) (Although I do like this one best...)

I like this, the plot flows nicely and the characters aren't oc, so it's nice, but one thing.. didn't Katsura die a few years after the bakumatsu?

Saw this on a few favorites lists so I thought I'd give it a try and I'm glad I did.

You really put Kenshin through the wringer though! Those Heavens Judges were really cruel. I cringed over what they did to poor Kenshin.

Way to keep Hiko in character! How like him to keep insulting his baka deshi even while wrapping him in his cloak and carrying him to safety.

I liked the ending a lot too.

... I don't know if you realised this, but you repaeted the fourth chapter about three or four times... But, otherwise, it was a very chapter(s).

Please don't take this as a flame, but I can't believe Kenshin could be beaten by someone sneaking up behind him and breaking his arm with a sword sheath.

One nitpicky thing: A breeze blew a stray leaf across Kenshin’s face and he brushed it away, turning to go inside.

Um. Not sure how well he would have done it with tofu in one hand and the other in a sling. Meh, it is Kenshin after all I suppose.

Yes, for one reason he was so readily to give up his life then is that he traded it for Kaoru's. Also, again, it was before he learned the succession technique and the secert which was to live. Not to mention it was one of those crappy filler eps and I'm one who tends to pretend they don't exist.

Hm, this seemed to wrap up a little too quicky, perhaps a little more discription would have helped. Also, I'm not sure if you've ever fallen through thin ice before or not... but you don't tend to warm up that quickly. And seeing how Kenshin was in the water longer than just a ducking keeping him warm would have been a serious problem.

Also, as Megumi was setting the bone WHILE he had a high fever that stress on Kenshin's body would have made it worse - very unlikly it would have decreased much.

I'll have to read the last chapter a bit later. Need to run! Bye!
