The good ol' Gender Reversal. I tried my hand at that a few times. Oddly, it's a concept I enjoy so this story captures my interest.

The Rangers seem to have slavic names, which is quite an interesting change. Gadget does have a rather English sounding family name, raising some good questions about her parents in this storyline.

I quite like the creativity in this story. Regretfully I must say your English isn't very good, but don't let such a small detail discourage you. I would like to read more about this story if possible, like how the the gender-reversed Rangers interact in day-to-day life. Keep going!
