Rap is used as in music "WRAP" is to put your arms around someone or to wrap a present. Spell check, okay? Also, conversationally Sam's like would read "Why didn't you come over after Steve came back?" More casual ... more like how people would speak. Perhaps get a beta reader to check stuff over before you post. It helps every writer to have another pair of eyes look at your stuff. Pick up on stuff you don't see. Onto the next chapters? Good, concise beginning. |
