Cheezey 2006-06-22 ch 13,	abuseHey, my hunch on who the traitor was turned out to be right! Do I get a cookie? ;) Great ending to a wonderful story, Purrsia. I liked the background you provided as to planet Drule's unstable state, the ties in with Zarkon and Haggar with Zeppo, and the ending was great. Throk is so arrogant. I'm glad you didn't make him cower and whine when he was defeated like 80s villains tend to get portrayed. I'm also glad he and Keezor survived, bwahahaha! I also hope Cliff pulls the stick out of his ** by the sequel, heh heh. I wanted to smack him a few times in that last chapter, and I usually like the character.

I know he had it coming, but... sniffle I liked his evil self. Throk is such a , too, lol, and I really like how you wrote Twila. Dorma is kicking some major too. The Explorer arc was really riveting, especially in this last chapter. Poor Lisa and Jeff! Anyway, you've got yourself another fan for this story. I'm eagerly awaiting the next chapter and the wrap up to all of this!
Cheezey 2006-06-08 ch 9,	abuseThat last chapter was the best page-turner (so to speak) yet! Hawkins piloting in a pinch was a great touch. I have my suspicions now as to who the spy is, I'm going to guess Sparks. (Second guess is Sammy, because, well, no one ever suspects the cook and by reputation, that vegesauce is killer stuff! ;) ) We'll see though, hopefully soon! I really enjoyed all the Drule scenes you put in this last part as well. Throk and Dorma had a relationship? Oh the plotbunnies that spawns, and that's without the big twists you put in this chapter! I also liked seeing Twila in Book I, and her snark exchange with Nerok was classic, especially when he said they couldn't all have her figure. LMAO! Nerok is a ruthless SOB, I love it! Can't wait to see the rest of what you have done of this story...
Cheezey 2006-06-08 ch 6,	abuseThis story keeps going strong as it goes along. I'm very curious about who the spy is. I have a couple of suspects in mind although I keep trying to think of the most unlikely culprits as well, a holdover from my days of watching soap operas, heh heh. The Jeff/Lisa/Ginger triangle is a fun subplot as well. I like all the romantic tension and the Ginger's fantasy being shattered by Marvin was great! Your story has inspired me to want to watch VV. I'm going to tell Coldwin to read it too. Knowing what a fan of Hazar he is, I'm sure he'll enjoy Nerok's attitude toward Hazar during the council scene as well. I adore those arrogant bastards! Bwahahaha! Back to work, and then more reading tonight! XD
Cheezey 2006-06-08 ch 3,	abuseI know I'm long overdue for these reviews, but I'm finally plowing through your VV epic. Since you've got so many chapters and I don't want to spam-review you after each one, I'm going to comment after each larger part. This story is off to a great start. The pace is great, lots going on to keep the reader turning the proverbial page (or scrolling on the internet as it were) with a serious tone without being angsty or depressing despite all that's going on. Your OC is interesting. I liked how you had join in the looting, it was a realistic touch showing that even nice/good people do have their less than rational and altruistic moments. I also liked her reactions on the ship, it seemed very believable. My favorite scene was Jeff's demotion. You conveyed the emotion in that scene well, I could almost feel the tension and really felt for both Hawkins and Jeff. I'm looking forward to continuing my reading!

HiroEB 2005-06-06 ch 6,	abuseSorry for not reviewing sooner, but better late than never. Anyway, I like this story a lot for a number of reasons. First, the plot is good and well thought out. It has has enough depth to be interesting, but it still simple enough to follow easily. Your writing style is nice too, as it is easy to read and well edited. The interaction between the characters is really well done. In particular, I enjoy the interactions between Jeff and Hawkins and the romantic tension between Jeff, Lisa, and Ginger. As for your OC, she seems fine to me. She adds to the plot without it all centering around her and she does not outshine any of the canon characters. Personally, I don't think she is a Mary Sue at all. Anyway, the story is interesting so far I am looking forward to the next installment.

Wasn't it usually Lisa in the series? Anyway, whatever direction romantically you want to stray, I'm going with you! Who is this spy that has Keira so entranced? And will someone on the team reach out to her and try to convince her the Drules are really the bad guys here? Hope to see more soon...RL2
