I always love those stories where a normally insignificant character (at least to the overall picture) meets a main character in the way you made this story it's just so AMAZING. "Yowza," is right - but for this story and your writing. I absolutely loved it. If I hadn't tagged it as a Favorite Story by chapter 3, I would have done it now, at the end, for certain.

Thank you for sharing such a beautiful story. I cried through much of the last chapter. Peter really deserves this. That scene on the train is my favorite from any of the movies, and you did a brilliant job of expanding on it.

This story is amazing. I've been sucked in for the last two chapters and didn't think to review. But this chapter made me cry when Peter came back to the diner. The way you described his reaction to not being able to save one, despite the many he saved... Brilliant.

This story was just so incredibly sweet that I just melted. I love reading stories where Peter gets what he deserves from the people he's helped - I'm now a puddle of goo on the floor.

Every once in a while, the writers and artists in the comic books'll give a "normal" person's view of the heroics they have their title characters go through, usually a page or so. Not very satisfying.
This story makes up for A LOT of that. It reminded me of the train scene from Spidey 2 and how the people tried to help an injured hero, and the shock that the man who had just risked his life to save them was little more than a child to most of them. That they would come together afterward, changed in some way, makes this a very special story. One that I hope you will continue.
