*squints at clock* It's... 3:39 in the morning and I've just finished reading this wonderful, BEAUTIFUL story that I started reading months back! SQUE!*glomps* I LOVED IT! It was just so... so... AMAZING! The ending was amazing, and god, if that's what the Promised land/Summerland/Elysium Fields then I pray that I end up there instead of reincarnating again and again and again. Heh, maybe reincarnation is one of those stepping stones to get there, eh? I cannot stress how much I love this story! It just sucked me in there and wouldn't let me leave for anything! I worship you! *bows and creates alter in your name*
But there are more stories to be read! *waggles eyebrows and grins* OFF TO THE STORIES! MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

2005-02-09 . chapter 24
Hey! This was the best fanfiction I have ever read and I've been going to this site for years and years. It's hard to think of any mistakes you've made. I loved the story and the plot and the twists and turns but there are some things. First, you spelt aerial ariel (yeah I only know that because it's my name ^_^;;) second you used the kick between the leg move too much in your first few chapters ... wait... was that the other story of the trilogy?... Uh @_@;; i've been reading non-stop, oh well, you seemed to pull back on it so it doesn't matter as much. Other than that there's nothing I can really think of that you can improve on. It was a wonderful story (the whole trilogy) and I can tell that a lot of time and effort went into it. Keep writing because it's easy to see that you have a gift with it.

Adieu,

Ariel

Sweet ending man^^ I enjoyed reading this story and the adventure that took place^^

“That means, with very few exceptions, all of which are present at this moment, everyone else here is already dead. They’re not going to get any deader, Paul. Dracula is as dead as he’s going to get..." Hehe, funny^^

Very nice ending dear, I enjoyed it very much. I can't wait to read your next story. I plan on sitting down to write the first part of my Stargate series after work today and you should have it by morning. I would like your comments and beta before I send it out. Keep up the good work!

Wow..final review time...

It..was beautiful. Thank you so much. The story was awesome, the characters wonderful, the plot dramatic enough to keep interesting but humorous enough to keep you from getting depressed over it (Though sometimes it got sad, REALLY sad.)
It was a pleasure reading this,..and all the others in the series. I can't wait to see more.
I think this review is way to short to sum how just how much I liked it..but it's late..and I should be getting to bed. Thank you once again!

I'm all better now! Yay! And Happy New Year! (Cathy says hi)

That whole opening was exquisitely worded. The whole thing flowed and meshed and created beautiful imagery in my mind. And Carl running down the hill! That was precious.

“Well, weren’t we lifted up? I recall we were on flat ground in Hell and ended up on top of a hill here.”- Gabriel and his sense of humor! You feel like whacking him over the head and bear hugging him at the same time!

“Paul?!” Carl wheezed, staring down at the boy in amazement.- You have no idea how hysterical the scene at my house is right now! I'm sitting on my computer, singing along with a song, and mid-word I burst out into laughter! Oh, that was precious. (sorry, I jsut watched Lord of the Rings so precious keeps popping into my mouth... *shifty eyes*)

"The doll’s grubby slightly pop-eyed face was presented expectantly and Van Helsing met Mavis’ eyes with a silent promise of payback as he kissed the doll’s cheek."- OMG, I just did it again! Screw heartattacks, you keep making me laugh in the middle of singing!

"Carl, perhaps thinking that Benerd was planning to temporarily share his table—and thinking that ‘temporarily’ could easily turn into permanently—began to think hastily of alternative quarters for the monk."- This whole passage is making my heart ache. With the end so close in sight I'm almost fighting against reading it, not wanting it to end. Buit must say I'm addicted to that bittersweet pain and I just can't stop.

And with that last line, I just had to close my eyes and sigh. Wow. I cannot believe this trilogy is over. It has been such an inspiration to me, such a joy. You wrote Carl and Van Helsing's relationship with such finesse, keeping them in character. Your plots were well conceived and clearly written, and your original characters earned themselves a warm, comfortable place in my heart alongside the ones from the movie. I have only two complaints about this trilogy, the first one being that I didn't really like it when you'd post a chapter and then revise it. This is actually a good thing because I would be so eager to move forward that I'd get impatient when you would just rewrite instead of posting a new chapter. Revision is a necessary evil as far as writing goes, but it still irked me a little. My second complaint, naturally, is that it's over.

I look forward to seeing more from you. Not only are you a good writer but I can tell you're a good person. One of the things I looked forward to with each chapter is seeing your response to my reviews, because I knew you saw me as a person and took the time to 'tak' to me, so to speak, unlike some authors that don't take the time to individually respond to each review. It takes time and I wanted to say I appreciated it.

But I guess for now we say good-bye, adieu, namarie, au revoir, Auf Wiedersehen... and all that jazz.

It feels like I have journeyed with them...I miss them already. Overall it was very good, the only thing that was questionable was the eratic change in Paul's character as the story progressed, this might have come out of a revised chapter or something, but he just seemed to kind of, abruptly change to a nicer person. I hope in a later story or epilouge perhaps, we will learn what Van Helsing and Carl's decision was...although I think I know.
I can't wait to read your next installment, and you have changed my literary life. Well done, and I hope you have a wonderful start to 2005. Love and thanks for a wonderous journey.

Yeah that was great!! And the real 'Paul' is there not the scary one. I like how young he is and that Carl still cares for him is so sweet.

So you are going to write another story but you aren't continuing this specific storyline. I think that what i understood. I can't wait till you put it up. I love reading your work and i hope you continue to create more and more great stories. HAPPY NEW YEAR! Wow can you believe and year has passed by soo fast damn too fast. Well see you soon or read you soon or I don't know lol sory I can't seem to stop typing its really weird. Well I won't bother you lol

Good Luck!!

It was BEAUTIFUL! Of course. But I'm going to have to kill you for the unanswered questions: DID THEY DITCH THE TAINT?!? Did it have an effect on their love?!? You're just going to leave us hanging, aren't you?

Really you are too cruel.

Anyway, the whole trilogy is brilliant. I can't wait for more Gabriel/Carl stories from you.
Cheers!

Right, first of all I'm so sorry I haven't been reading this. My computer's been haywire and I've had to go onto my sister's just to update. Anyway, I read all of what I've missed this morning and I have to say you are definately one of the most talented writers I have ever come across. This ending was so lovely and gave me a warm feeling inside. -hugs-
