Thank you for writing this. I know it's pretty old but I only just read it. I finished it in one go and have rarely ever found myself so engrossed in a fanic. I also rarely comment, if that tells you anything. This was beautifully written.

i know i'm rather late coming here, i don't even know if you'll get to read this, nevertheless i have to say thank you for writing this, and thank you even more for sharing it. i read the whole thing in one sitting. i enjoyed it tremendously. wonderful characterization. i didn't find it far-fetched that amelia would be affected by the pressures of royalty so the anger and doubts you've given her i accepted easily. i like how you portrayed zelgadis, i'm also of the opinion that he's the type who'd deny/fight his emotions until the crucible. i adore this pair as much as lina/gourry and i like how you paced this story. again, thank you for such an enjoyable read.

Wow, I just got here via an essay on Amelia in LJ. I read this fic a good 4 years ago maybe, up to chapter 15 or so (back when it was up in the Z&A archive) and later on a good friend of mine sent me the rest of the chapters.
I feel like I should at least let you know that this is probably my favorite fic ever. Yes, out of all my fandoms. It made me cry, laugh and want to kick Zelgadiss really hard. It is truly a masterpiece and I'm glad I was finally able to leave a proper review. Thank you for writing this.

A nice ending. ^_^ I liked the interaction between Amelia and Zel, where Zelgadis (being the realist he is) admitted that they would probably hurt each other during their relationship.

Looks like Dynast has a long time planning his revenge.

This is just so well written!

this chapter made me cry. probably because i was listening to the sappy portion of my playlist. it was a nice soundtrack to this chapter thought. i love how it's not all one big happy ending and that there are things they need to work on. and only two more chapters *cries some more* i love this story so much and i can't wait for the final chapters!
