Powerful. Too many people like to villianize the victims when a tragedy strikes... until the victim is someone they care about. While I hated to see them die, it is good to sometimes read a story without a happy ending.

Interesting story but, wouldn't the EMH have detected any sexual disease in Tom before his romance with B'Elanna? Especially after the number of trips to the Sickbay?

That was REALLY good! Oh my lord, how fantastic. I was a little confused when I first read it over...I didn't know who's viewpoint it was coming from, but after reading it over a couple of times I figured it out. That was really really good...very poignant :)
