Oh Quark! *hugs the ridiculous Ferengi* This was beautiful. A pitch perfect descriptionn of their crazy friendship. I adored the bit with the Commander Boring Son of Dull and the bit about the kid needing an uncle with common sense. My god, I think I'm gonna cry...

I think I saw most of the episodes this fic was referring to. I haven't seen the one with the Trill ceremony. I liked Quark's perspective on things. The bit with Ezri at the end was just enough.

This is a really sweet story. I've always loved Dax's friendship with Quark, and Quark's crush on her. Interesting to see Quark's point of view over the course of their friendship.

I love it! The friendship of Dax and Quark is one of my favourite relationships in DS9 and you manage to portray it beautifully. Your Quark-POV is great, too.

It's funny. While reading this, I could hear Quark speaking (and most authors here can't seem to write well enough so that I hear the characters). It gave an interesting insight into what he just might have been thinking during the series. I've always liked his character, but you helped me to appreciate him even more. It even hurt me when I got to the part about her and Worf, and let me tell you, that is a first (because I never in my wildest dreams conceived of the idea of Jadzia and Quark together). This was just so tragic and sweet, not to mention a lovely tribute to two wonderful characters. Very nice. Very nice indeed. Thank you for the enjoyable story.
