Horray for obscure characters! Did you make this entirely up, or did you find it in the manga? Because if you made it up, it is REALLY good! Giving small characters a large past is one of my favorite pasttimes too! I always liked the Byakko guardians.

This is very confusing. I thought u were writing about a girl in the first chap, now until the middle I find Miboshi. Is it meant to be a multi viewpoint story? It'd help if u mention their names on top.

Nice.. I haven't read any of your other work yet, but I'm wondering if you're making a story out of this for the seishi? I would love to see how you write out the individual Gods' stories based on your own views of the seishi.

I love how you present different views of the seishi. Miboshi is certainly a debatable character, and this shows a new view of him. At first, I thought this chapter was going to be a continuation of Kokie's. Maybe you could clarify that in the disclaimer? And Miboshi being in Hokkan's time.. that's an idea I've been nurturing for a while. ^^

Fantastic opening. It caught my attention as soon as I read it. I like how you did a Nuriko syndrome. How you seperate Kokie's thoughts from the rest of the paragraphs is nice, too. It emphasizes on what she thinks. Looking forward to reading the rest. :)
