Good idea for the reason behind Ryoma's arrogance and tennis. Such traumatic experiences can terribly affect people. I'm glad he was finally able to recover and be back to himself. Good thing he had friends and family who really care, and we need more of that in real life. You decribed the experiences, problems, and friendship well.

Don't worry about not decribing those Towamirai gangsters. I don't care how they look. Their evil personality was enough for the story.

I see some errors in the medical aspects, such as ankles deteriorating so quickly. As long as we continue to walk, they wouldn't get so weak. For psychological aspects, it's hard to say, because they are subjective, and vary by individual. You did say you are not in those fields. I pointed them out since I'm in health care. Don't worry about it. This is fiction, and I'm glad you put that warning at the end, because there are many imitators out there.

Some parts did make me scared and a little sick, but that's all right. I read your warnings, and am aware of them. Good job writing about the pain and suffering!

Yay finally its done i was so hoping for this to be updated.poor ryoma but im glad that the regulars the the trio helped although i kinda wish i could of read some of the things the regulars thought to finding out about his past. its a good thing they helped cuz he probably wouldnt of come back and its a good thing they followed him cuz he might not have been able to heal a second round. poor kid. anyways this was good even though im not quite used to reading from one of the frosh POV its weird. i think you may have gotten a better reaction out of me if the last chapter would of been in narrative POV or maybe in tezuka's POV or even one of the regs. but i liked it so good job and i do hope to read more of your fics as soon as you write them.
