What happened to the rest of your story? Did you ever write anymore on this? I really enjoyed it and was SO disappointed when Chapter 4 ended and there weren't anymore chapters. I am really enjoying this story so far. My poor, poor Jack! I liked the analogy you used that "Pride was Jack’s dearest friend and for him to loose it would be the equivalent of her releasing the lever for his hanging." Very true.
I also agree with you on the fact that Jack speaks a bit more eloquently than your average pirate, and that probably would rub off on Ana somewhat. Great job so far!
