Holy long time ago.

I was randomly looking through my favorite stories on because I've been dying for something to read... I kind of get depressed when I finish a really good book because I don't want it to be over. I just reread the Twilight series and I read Stephenie Meyer's other book, The Host. And it doesn't help that I'm super bummed because all of my younger friends (and I have a lot of them), the ones I won't see next year in college, like to spend time with my sister more than with me. So I sit around by myself most of the day reading my books while my sister talks to her boyfriend, the infamous Jordan. *sigh* I don't mind any of it, but I get lonely.

BUT ANYWAY. So I didn't have anything to read and really, there's only so many hours you can devote to watching Hannah Montana. So I read this. It was an interesting blast from the past. I definitely used *giggles* a LOT. And I found it a little weird that you were 17-18 when you wrote this... And I'm 18 now. I voted for the first time. Crazy, I know. I feel so YOUNG compared to you. You're finishing college, aren't you? And I'm just starting. I'm gonna go to University of Nebraska-Omaha. I'm moving to my apartment in two months. And I talked about the girl I'm moving in with in my reviews! I'm moving in with my friend Morgan and her sister, who happens to have the best name in the entire world... Whitney. :)

I don't know. I just felt like sending you a review because I still like this story. It reminds me slightly of Bella in Twilight. Oh, the melodrama!

Interesting premise. You've pretty much taken a personal fantasy of every girl and woman and fleshed it out, putting it into words. Good job with that. His reaction to the new way of things was a little subdued I think, but it's your story, not mine.

I'm so sorry to hear that this is over! What a fantastic ending, though...I hope you're considering a sequel, because I think you've accomplished something quite extraordinary here...you created a JXOC time-travel romance that wasn't Mary-Sue in the slightest! This was incredibly well-written, and i look forward to seeing your work in the future.

I'm not quite sure why, but the "meat popsicle" line really cracked me up, haha...like seriously, I was having trouble containing myself. What can I say? I'm a bit strange. True, the story is ending, but your narrator is just beginning an adventure! The 17th Century cannot be an easy time for a 21st Century girl to live in.

You had a line in this chapter that reminded me of a line in one of my stories for Dr. Who. The Doctor tells Jamie that 1746 is a long walk.

Anyway, you have just posted the Will story while I have been on here, and I will be checking it out tonight.

I must be a bit slap happy. If I had not just read the incident with Meagan, I could come up with some interesting ways for Jack to "accidently" kill a woman. Okay, I have some ideas and the creativity is working, but it's not coming out on paper!

Well, will she go or will she not. There has to be a way to get Jack back home. I was thinking that maybe his ticket back was for him to be completly colded out. Maybe he is moving back into his time period. Hey, the wheels are rolling.

When I was seven, a neighbor and a friend of mine died, and I went ot his lay out with my mom. I didn't know any better, so I touched his hand. It was a freaky experience. It is surprising how cold a corpse can be.

Yeah- I need to watch the Johnny Depp commentary anyway. Even if it is boring. Ho-hum.
