amanda-is-wacky 2009-06-22 . chapter 5I have to say, I loved this story. I love how Tony accepted and handled the curve ball that life threw his way. Not to mention that your writing is just superb. Well done! |
Dreamer22 2008-12-31 . chapter 5aw I love it! terrific job! While sad to think of Tony getting hurt like that I greatly enjoyed reading this story! |
 Rodlox 2008-11-01 . chapter 1why would I throw fruit? I loved this.
even with having seen a grand total of 0.08th of an episode over the whole run of Dark Angel, I still could follow what was going on.
this may put a different spin on Tony and Ziva's first meeting, though.
dare I ask for more? |
A-zla 2007-08-04 . chapter 5Wow, that was a great story! You obviously did a thorough research, I found it very convincingly written.
Now I'm going to look for the sequel...
Thanks for sharing! |
TigrouAngel 2007-02-22 . chapter 5Great, great, great story. I love Togan!
"Tony thought for a moment. “You mean the one in Seattle or whatever it was, and there’s this virus and…”
“Yeah, that’s the one.”
“Ya think so? Didn’t like it much. He was kinda dorky and, really, all that angst…Mind you, the chick…she was really hot.”
That is so funny! |
ashatanii 2006-10-19 . chapter 1Flying fruit! NO way, this is great! You write their dialogue JUST like in the show. Wow I am so impressed. |
 0101010 2005-11-03 . chapter 5Hi--
I love your "Togan" stories--you write really well--Would love to see more... |
Karieflybabe 2005-08-09 . chapter 5I truly have enjoied this story. I am a huge Tony fan, so watching him go through this and come out nearly whole on the other side is comforting. |
magno.cum.gaudio 2005-07-27 . chapter 5That was an amazing story and I enjoyed the Loganizing of Tony very much. Couldn't believe that it will be possible to do this because I thought it would turn out to be very weird but you proved my thoughts wrong. Great work!
Now going to read "Let it snow, Let it snow, Let it snow" and I am sure this one is done as good as the Loganizing.
If you find some time, please go on with the "Blessings-Story", please!
Ah, by the way, if you have any problems to understand my comments, maybe I should ask somebody to "beat the german out of me"? LOL |
iluvaqt 2005-03-29 . chapter 5“Sorry, forgot you needed this." So great! Gibbs certainly isn't without faults. Aside from being technology dumbfounded, things do escape him sometimes. Like when he told Abby just to reboot the computer, it always worked for him (he doesn't know that they just give him a new one).
And you know, despite his wondering-eye, I've learned that Tony actually loves brunettes - just another reason he's attracted to Kate?
*stupid silly grin* “Ya think so? Didn’t like it much. He was kinda dorky and, really, all that angst…Mind you, the chick…she was really hot.” Typically DiNozzo.
It wasn't nearly as beat up Tony time as first anticipated. Just about perfect characterizations. A fun read. Good job. |
iluvaqt 2005-03-29 . chapter 4“Just testing out the new height. I like it.” LOL I think the regular Gibbs, not the second-guessing, regretful Gibbs (which we got with Bete Noir and Meat Puzzle)
Why is it that people aways think that toys are only for kids? A guy after my own heart, the impish child inside haha. Great job. This chapter was fun. |
iluvaqt 2005-03-29 . chapter 3"You used it on her like a lethal weapon.” Can't blame a guy for using the assets he does have to their full potential. :D Even Kate's acknowledged that he's good looking.
And I never would have guess that of all the movies to pick that Tony would have chosen Seed of Chucky. He knew Brandy, loved Gigli and had watched (or majority) of D.P.B's shows. I think maybe he said that for shock factor. He loves to tease Kate that way.
"You done?" I got the impression that, that's an American phrase?
Which prompts the recollection of the NCIS basement/warehouse. Ack, they're gonna have to re-install the eye scanners - they're way too high for someone in a wheelchair. |
iluvaqt 2005-03-29 . chapter 2“You wanna chase Barbie dolls, not become one, right?”
Gonna like this PT, reminds me of Abby and Kate.
And you successfully portrayed their usually playful banter, with the hint of discomfort they both would undoubtedly have knowing that could have been Kate or Gibbs instead of Tony that was hurt and what if the roles were reversed...
With the way that Gibbs expresses concern for his agents, it as though they are family. I've noticed that. I guess that comes from him being always so heavily involved in his work. And not really having any family to speak of outside of that.
Knew it! I was thinking it and you did it - I think... After seeing the car I knew Gibbs couldn't sell it off. He would have noticed how much time and care had go into it. Like his boat, a labour of love. |
iluvaqt 2005-03-29 . chapter 1When you said Loganizing of Tony, I thought Tony acquiring some admirable traits like manners, intelligence and charm... not getting shot up like Logan in the Pilot ;P
Alaidh: LOL! - not funny at all. I *heart* Tony, he reminds me a lot of my cousin - pain in the butt that he is, and immature for a 28 year old - but you love 'em to bits anyway. Fine line between love and hate...
It's not actually a mounted picture - more like a bmp on the big screen she has in her lab. She changes it to whatever fascinating case of the week they're studying. And I gathered that Tony’s mother has been dead for a while from something Gibbs said. Never had a sister, and from the way his mother pampered and fussed over him as a child – he was a favourite. Perhaps you might be right about his dad though. He never talks about his dad. Probably was ** him, a little like Gibbs but even more superior and distant. Expected a lot, but never gave back.
No flying fruit from me, and since you probably wrote this early first season - I'm gonna quit with all the nitpicks and just read. 'cause I'm largely enjoying this and rather than spoil it with compairing your AU and the real -verse, I'm gonna just sit back and go with it :) Well written and you've got all the character's voices right so far. Looking forward to more Abby and Kate. |
Rajana 2005-02-22 . chapter 5I think I never left a review for this fic, so I'll do that now. (Better late than never, right?)
When I first read the title I thought I wasn't going to read it, but then... well... I got hooked. The idea is... let's say.. weird, but the fic that came out is really good. Maybe TPTB should think about shooting Tony?
The development of the relationships between the NCIS folks are really interesting to read and I like that for Tony getting shot was so much easier to accept than for Logan and I was laughing so hard about the Aussie/American discussions. Very cool.
Glad you wrote it. |
