I only recently began reading this pairing and this fandom, but frankly, this story is amazing. Your plot is interesting and engaging. One thing that I really think is wonderful is your OCs. They seem fully developed, real characters with their own personalities. This is really wonderful because I've seen stories where the second generation of kids are all very similar, cookie-cutter characters. I love your characterization of all the canon characters, too, especially your Sesshoumaru. He's so wonderfully true to his character and it's so believable. I can't wait to see more, and I really hope that you continue with this story!

This story is great so far and I can't wait to read more. I love how the kids are involved. I also love how Sess/Rin's first born was a daughter.

Hm. No, I don't mind your original characters. My favourite is Kichi-chan, he's just soo cute! -glomps- And Emi and Akio aren't bad either - and I normally hate OC's! The character development for Emi and Kichiro is good, but Akio is a little neglected. I know he's only been around for 2 chapters here, but his personality and character dims slightly in comparison to Emi and Kichi.

Rin soothes him! Aw. And I really liked the dream sequence! It was really well done! Might've been the fact that even in his pride, Sesshy still saves a thought for Rin and thier kids. Even a panicked thought too! Hahah. xD;

Wow. I'm pretty sure I've said this before, but I really like how you write scenes that don't tell us /all/ the details, but leaves us with 'impressions' that help us fill in the gaps.
Like...when you say 'oldest', I get the impression there are more kids, even if only one is introduced here. I'm a little disappointed that Sess still seems as cold as ever, but I suppose I shouldn't have expected too much. He didn't change at all during the 7 or so 'travelling years' with little Rin, so what does 5 more make? And besides, it's fun to read about him being all cold and cruel - it makes all those flashes of kindness all the more enjoyable. :D
