Lucinda the Maid 2005-09-28 . chapter 1I think, by the last paragraph, my heart skipped a beat. To say that this fic killed me may very well be an understatement.
Slowly, I'm being drawn away from my natural MirSan roots. First I become obsessed with NarSan, then HojoSan, and now... MirKik. You've definetely made me a convert with this story. ^^
The concept of the winders was wonderful; I could almost picture Miroku donning a new self with every lie he's lived. You weave so many contradictions of a character's personality in your stories that helps to bring out their flaws... and the reasons why they seek solace in one another. While Kikyo's part was fairly understated (just the way I like it, btw), it was important, and thus, this fic was pulled off masterfully. And, judging by your author's note... you've got another MK? I'll be sure to check it out. And know that you've inspired me to write a MirKik of my own. ^__^

Jazz7 2004-12-03 . chapter 1I liked this because it had no words spoken in it (character speech), but the no spoken words in it made a dark, yet nice, mood for it...Okay I just confused myself. Great fanfiction. :) |
