aw, i have tearz in my eyez right now. since i have started to read this story i have barely been able to tear my eyez away from it. it waz so weel written, and i felt like i waz sharing some of the emotion the Chipmunkz were feeling. awesome job!

I must say, this is the best fan fiction I have ever read. You took the time, (and had the talent,) to make this piece novel quality. I love how everyone reacts realistically, in character, to a situation that never would have surfaced in the original series.

*Cue crazy crying!* I really did cry there. I wonder where Alvin is going? I was worried my mom might walk in and see me crying. Luckily, she didn't. I love this story. Angst every now and then does wonders for you. Like now, for example. Love it.

I actually read this over on Raven Child's site; it may be the best Chipmunks fic I've ever read! Well, I count this and JTM together, and I haven't read that many, but seriously, you put a lot of thought into this. This is why I read fanfiction, to see how the characters deal with situations beyond their original scope. Plus I'm a sucker for romance.

My favorite part, though, may have been Alvin & Belle hotwiring Prince William's car, since for whatever reason I've been reading up on the British government lately, but that's neither here nor there.

BTW, for all of the detail you put in here, I don't think Lord of the Rings even contained the line Eleanor read, let alone ended with it. Perhaps she was just summing it up, but also, the story takes place in the Third Age, not the Second- but then, Eleanor might not realize that either (especially if she didn't read the appendices;)). Yes, it's a picky little thing to bring up, but this story is such a gem in contrast to the preconception of Internet fandom as "immature" and brain-dead (even though quite a few people therein, such as yourself, are grown and even parents) that it's a bit jarring to find a flaw. But then, what's a gem without flaws?

Was that too wordy? What I'm basically trying to say is, this fic rules.

you should like...publish this or do sumthing with it!

i have no clue how old you are, but this story had me so interested in it, i woke up my parents, 3 times, crying, and laughing, and crying again. this was the PERFECT story.
My friends say tht since i real alot of fan fictionon the chipmunks on here im obsessed, I dont think i am.

i found alot of the old episodes and movies in the attic from when i was growing up, and i recvently watched a few. this is the stype of story tht i could see bieng a movie, with a lil less harsh language that is.
i could see this bieng in like...theatres as the 3D version like the new movie tht just came out, only like your story theyd b 16.

SERIOUSLY, i dont mean to keep going on and on about this...but im like...overcome by this story, i have never felt such emotion in reading a book or story in my life! im not very big on reading, and the only time i read is if i have to for school. but this, i literally could not crawl away from my computer for nything for.
I still dont understand the title, but this was really and amazing story, for something to make me laugh, cry, jump up and down, bite my nails, and clap for joy, in the matter of 5 hours in the middle of the night while my friend is asleep in my room on the floor, is just...crazy. ive never been interested in any type of text tht much.

If youa ctually take time to read all of this, i want to thankyou, and i really hope that you come up with a sequel, that would seriously make my life. cause this story reminds me alot of me. people in school call me lil a, cause i act alot like alvin, it sounds stupid i know. but its true, and this story reminded me of myself when i had a breakdown last week. either way, please write a sequel.

Wow...just...wow. I don't know where to start, it was just...amazing...wow. I don't watch the cartoons, I only saw the movie, but that was a perfect story, completely amazing.

This was great, except I really missed not seeing Dave's reaction to Alvin's return...

Beautiful. This story was just beautiful. I read it all in one shot and it just stole my breath away. Finally, a deep deep story about the Chipmunks. What an amazing read that just left me feeling all warm and fuzzy inside. I mean I'm even speechless. I can't think of any other words to describe how awesome and wonderful this story was.

This is seriously, the most incredible story. I'm crying. And I know it's just a story but, things like this actually happen to people and just imagining it is terrible.

It's now 8:40 pm here in Eastern United States and it took me 1 hour and 10 min to read this story and I must say it was totally the most coolest story ever! Very well written. I just loved it. It's been years since I watched Alvin and the Chipmunks. I really enjoyed it. Kool Kat out :)
