Whoah. Intense. Too intense.

Grammar is rough, and there is too much happening too fast, very violent, with no explanation. I doubt I'll continue reading this fic, it seems to harsh to characters that we like.

So...

where is the plot?

Rather more bloodthirsty than it needs to be.

No idea if it is appropriate to the "Incal" setting or not as have never heard of it before.

So far chapters just seem to be short pieces intended to shock the reader. You hint at a plot then overwhelm it with needless gore.

The short chapters don't help. Need more or longer chapters to move the story along, assuming there is a story among the "splatter".

Wow, talk about harsh... Still, Cologne's murder, Akane's brutal mutilation, and Steelhead's clear scorn for humans and the Earth in general make me genuinely curious as to what he wants with Akane in the first place. Obviously he doesn't need her whole, since he has little reservations about tearing her to pieces. While a bit on the gratuitously violent side, this story has definitely caught my interest!
