But the protection of the Shikon no Tama only brings pain to its protector, right? As for the guy. It has to be Sesshomaru. After all, who's better known for having a cold heart of ice, huh? I rest my case. :^)

Great concept. You need a little work on past and present tense, but that's really the only error. The idea of something so simple having the ability to change many different people's lives--it is real, and it is captured well here. I look forward to seeing what you do with the guys!
