Excellent. You capture the tone of 1602 very well, and the reaction of the Witchbreed to Wanda and Pietro is totally believable. Also Pietro's sardonic comment at the end reminds me of when Peter David was writing Quicksilver, which is always good.

Wonderfully written - Javier's dialogue in particular had a beautifully profound ring to it, and I love how you have established Wanda and Pietro into this new world, something I have always pondered on. Very enjoyable indeed.

I had been debating whether or not to buy the 1602 TPB. I am debating no longer, and Marvel is in your debt. Thank you for this inspired and eloquent story.

This is magnificent. Lovely, and perfect in its short length, realism and simplicity. One could well imagine this to take place in the '1602' universe. I rarely find any fanfiction for this maxiseries, and yours is indeed a rare treat. Bravo!
