This was great all the way through, though I'm not much of a Trekker (is that the correct term? I'm just starting! It takes me a bit of time to catch onto things ._.)

I especially found the last sentence very amusing, too amusing and too blatantly suggestive to not laugh aloud at. =D

Love the scientific names, loved even more the layout and how coherent and well writ it was.

Wow, I don't see how this could have been around for anything like three years and received only nine reviews.I laughed through much of this, and my inner fangirl is quite pleased.

The premise reminds of those "maintenance manuals" that some people write, although I couldn't begin to say which came around first. In any case, the almost textbook format is appealing and the crisp, matter of fact voice brings across optimal humor.

Probably my favorite section, although I loved them all, was the "Predators" part. Red-shirt deaths and Kirk hopping bed tends to overshadow the fact that mind rapists and the ilk flock to McCoy like fleas to a stray dog and it isn't often touched on, at least not humorously. The use of scientific names was also inventive and interesting, to say nothing of amusing.

The writing is incredibly well-done, and the mechanics are spotless. It's refreshing after plowing through so many fics that look like they're written by chimps on crack.

I just loved this fic, as well as the other on Spock ! (though i'm reviewing in the wrong order - i don't have much time but i try to read a few stories whenever i can)
