I LOVE THIS STORY! I can't believe I haven't stumbled on it earlier. I've been trying to find a story about Snape coming back from a death eater meeting, and here it was right before my eyes! The hurt/comfort lover in me says the second part was particularly amazing- and the first part was still very good. lol. YAY! Another awesome fic

This was a pleasant step into the mind of Tonks; very enjoyable.

I loved this story! It's unusual for an author to write a story where Severus is actually trusted by the Order. Usually it's quite the opposite and the only reason they suffer him is because Dumbledore trusts him and he hasn't let them down... yet. Essentially they seem to be waiting for his betrayal. I really enjoyed reading this. Poor Severus, he has a tough life and so little hope for the future.

Great interaction between Tonks and Snape. I am not a big fan of this pairing but I really like how you played the two together. As if some day, maybe, they could be friends or more.

I'm glad she was there for him and that he allowed her inside if only for a few moments.

Love your story. It was nice seeing Tonks thanking him for all the sacrifices he has made and I loved the sort of almost smile he gave at the end.
I;m currently ver very slowly building a romance between Snape and Tonks, they such opposites that I think he needs someone like her in his life. Love the ANGST.

fabulous! You did a very good job keeping both Snape and Tonks in character. I really like your point about how every time the Order is celebrating Snape is probably being punished. I also like how you mention that no one in the order shows him much compassion (except for Tonks, of course). I think you should continue this in some way.

That was great! I thought you had Tonks down well and I liked your perspective on her. Hopefully you will write another one!!

Even though I prefer Snape/Tonks romances, I still love this. It was very well written. Consider writing more Snape/Tonks stories. This is going on my favorites!
