I feel a little silly asking, because I'm still relatively new.

I liked the story. I would like to see it explored further with maybe some verbal interaction between Kathy and the 50s versions of the other characters. Only missing touch was the package of cigarettes rolled up in someone's T-Shirt sleeve.;)

And no, I don't think the Apprentice was the inspiration. If you read the story Flashback below you can easily see that the inspiration came from the author's imagination and no place else.

Only glanced at it briefly, but I wonder if this was inspired by Billy Joel's appearence on the Thursday, November 18 edition of "The Apprentice?"
