and if you know any good fluff authors who've read these, would you ask them to do a fluffy fic for me? i'm new to this fandom, cause i've just discovered the series recently, so i don't really know anyone here. (i normally work in the artemis fowl fandom, or circle of magic, and sometimes harry potter (but not often), and i also recently found an awesome duo called mairelon the magician and the magician's ward and i really like them, so i wrote a fic about them, too. i am planning a fic in this fandom too, but with my insane schedule i don't know how soon i'll be able to get it up.)

lol yesyes reviews are definately required for such an intriguing story! I'm somewhat of a bookworm... as I suspect many of us writers are, so a mystery about a book is nice. Will you give us some of Holmes' perspective?

your idea of russell and holmes meeting much ealier, and russell as a librarian is very interesting. i cant wait to see you develop it further.
however, your point of view shifts around quite a lot and it can be very jarring. you might want to work on clarifying who is speak and when, or rewrite so you have only one point of view.

This fanfiction does a pretty good job of capturing the way Holmes and Russell speak to each other... just not to anyone else. Nevertheless an enjoyable fanfic.

lol, this chapter was really funny, especially when Holmes said that librarians weren't innocent with Mary as an example. This has to be the best chapter so far. Just one question though, is Oliver just a guy who likes Mary or does he have darker motives? Anyway, great story and I hope your cold gets better soon.
