Another great fic, and an excellent second part to Billy and Tommy's reconciliation. A lot of fanfic writers seem to see Billy as one of the underappreciated Rangers, and write fanfic to compensate. You did it without making him a Mary Sue and kept it realistic. I also think the idea of giving the former Rangers a measure of their old powers back was well-blanced: they can defend themselves, but they don't overshadow the current Rangers.
