I haven't even read the story and I already have complaints. Why don't you write a decent summary? I know it's a lot better than begging for reviews or to say that it sucks and that it is your first time writing it, it still says nothing about your story. What is the central plot? What is the turning point where the story starts? What is the stakes? I know that it is hard to write a good summary considering the limit but you could at least try. I hope I am making myself clear. If not, I suggest you read some fanfiction advice and specifically about summaries. Follow it or ignore it, it is sorely up to you.

the 4ths was called "harashin" that was a teliport jutsu, you teliport from here you are to a preplaced seal.
(minato used kunai with seals on them)

Shunshin how kakashi pops up in a puff of smoke almost EVERY SINGLE EPISODE

This is nice and interesting. I would have pegged Shika with some kind of seer blood line bc o the ability to stratigize so well ... hmm!
