Besides I was too impatient to wait for the animation so I just attacked with the ring ... I blame the Snes that give little XP and makes you fight thousands of battles to level >.>

You are free to live your life without fear of an annoying monkey come flying down and landing on your porch and singing the sailormoon theme song! hee, hi. i have time to leave a long nice review about the story now! so far, i love what you have done. it's nice to see you still have gerard (sp?) and now a new character! bran seems interesting so far. nina has a blade golem? okay! i find it interesting with what you have done with teh bof 2 world. wyndia's an empire instead of a kingdom, etc. it's all good! though, i'm gonna have to ask a question. um... just how long is the average wyndian life span? either way, great job!

The addition of Ninas Golem was especially cool, that and the revamped kidnapping. And its always fun to see Ryu dishing it out... So yeah keep up the good work, I look forward to the next installment.

Actually the flashback is my favourite part of the chapter: you conveyed the frantic attempts of the party to reach Miena, and Ninas grief without going over the top. So well done with that. I can barely wait for the next chapter, I mean I loved the next scene in the original, and with your improved style? Man its going to be hard to wait for the update...

4477 Thire 2008-04-17 ch 4,	abuseYou know, I liked this the first time around, and with the revisions, I like it even more. Only one minor nit, though - 'gladii' is the plural form of the sword in question; the singular form would be 'gladius'.

Rogue_Kaiser 2008-04-15 ch 4, anon.	abuseDude you were not lying when you said changes were being made... Even Ryus fighting style has transformed, though its still cool. And Yuas an assasin now? I didn't see that coming. Overall this version seems a a bit darker than the original, which is no bad thing. It seems a little reminiscent of the crusades, with a BoF twist. That could just be me though. Finally you have evolved as a writer, and this fic is showing alot of promise, so keep up the awesome work :) RK
