A good one. I always like Anti-Dumbledore stories anyway. My favourite line was :

'"Because you know. Because I know. Because they'll try to find us anyway and the two of us together can't be found… or beaten."

"There is some data to support that assumption, yes."'

Snape is a master of understatements for sure.

Great story-short and strong. Even the best interpretations of Dumbledore have to admit he's a bit manipulative. Here's what you get when it gets out of hand and the good guys end up no better than the bad guys.

It's also nice to see a supportive Ron and Hermione. I can handle evil!Dumbledore, but I have to say that I don't like it when everybody inexplicably turns vile.

I like that Harry and Severus went off together at the end, open-ended. A hard to beat team.

Damn right! one of the few stories, short or otherwise, that I've read that so completely calls Dumbledore out on his actions. The best part, of course, is that there are a number of longer stories that this would fit so well with, and that you'd wish this "sod you" speech would be included. Rock on!
