Very good writing. I actually found you through the fanfic 'A Beauty Queen's Guide to Men and Pageants' and I'm glad I did. You might not think this is waffy, but I think so. Likelike, darkWaff. Or emotionalWaff or something like that. Very sweet/moving, I liked how you wrote Misao and Aoshi (their similarities and differences were well portrayed). Felt sorry for the fodder though, but I can't say I blame Maeko for liking him. xD;

Loved the characterization of Shachi and Maeko.. lovely work on Aoshi too in context to children and with Misao... considering this takes place a few yrs after the Jinchuu...

Each repetition of "supposing" complimented the text wonderfully...

As always, beautifully and elegantly done. I've always enjoyed your works and while it's rare for an original character to draw me in, this story commanded my attention. Telling the story through Sachi's eyes was unusual and also made me feel for Maeko's plight.

All in all, it's been a treat to read.

Awesome and thought-provoking. I love reading all of your stories. I loved how you portrayed Maeko through Sachi. It was so perfect - the emotion and loss was almost tangible. I really admire it when authors describe the feelings of the people who don't get the happy ending - it's hard to do in fanfiction cause people tend to only care about the main characters, but you did it very well.
