As someone who has no training in any form of fighting, my eyes kind of glaze over when reading overly technical or detailed descriptions of fights. Yours have been pretty good though. There's a nice flow and you do a good job of clearly detailing the fights without getting bogged down in the description. Sorry I can't offer a more critical assessment. So even though Ranma's able to talk and interact more normally as a girl, she's still affected by the 'dog-fist' training? |

The only problem I've seen throughout the story is that you switch from an omniscient point of view to Ranma's without warning, and the transition is a little jerky. As for length, given how quickly you've been updating, have you considered releasing longer chapters less frequently? (just waiting a bit to let the chapter length grow before posting) It's an illustrative hyperbole, but a chapter every month is much more enjoyable than a word every second because it gives the reader time to get back into the story. I wouldn't have any problem whatsoever with larger, less frequent updates. |
